Kate was absolutely amazing! I have never gotten my hair professionally done due to high cost and I felt I have been able to do it at home. However I doubt I will ever go back to doing it myself. She was reassuring even though my hair was a mess. Answered all my questions even though I know it was likely annoying. Took the time to understand what my goals were and walked me through the process. I left with the confidence that made the price way worth it. 100% will be going back!
